1. Return Period
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period has passed.
2. How to Return an Item:
Returns are easy and handled by mail.
To initiate a return:

- You’ll receive return instructions from our representative (if applicable).
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the provided details.
3. Product Condition for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom size or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a personal reason (such as change of mind, color, or change to other size), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the size chart listed on our website, we will bear all return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re happy to help if there’s an issue with your order.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order at support@divinejackets.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item if applicable.
If your exchange request is approved and the replacement item is available, we’ll process it promptly.
Please Note: Exchanges are not offered for personal preference reasons (such as change of mind or style). In such cases, you may return the item following our standard Return Policy and place a new order.
6. Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email that your return has been received.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours from approval.
- The refunded amount may take up to 7 to 10 business days to appear in your bank or PayPal account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are always issued back to your original method of payment (credit/debit card or PayPal).
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Include photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Cancellations:
You can request to cancel your order by contacting our support team at support@divinejackets.com before it ships.
Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can still return the item under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. International Returns (UK, USA, Australia)
We currently accept orders and returns from the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia.
All product prices on our website include applicable customs duties and taxes — you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
Divine Jackets covers all import fees on your behalf to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience.
10. Restocking Fees:
Good news — we do not charge any restocking fees.
All eligible returns are processed free of charge on our end.
