1) Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Australia.

2) How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for all orders to the UK, USA, and Australia.

3) How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We process all orders within 2–3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping usually takes 5–6 business days for all destinations (UK, USA, and Australia).
  • In total, your order may take around 7–9 business days from the time it’s placed to reach you.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Please Note: customized Size and personalized products may require a little extra time to prepare before dispatch. Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

4) Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

All product prices on our website include applicable import duties and taxes.
You do not need to pay any additional customs fees upon delivery — Divine Jackets covers all import duties on your behalf.

5) Which couriers do you use?

We use trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, and USPS.

6) Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email our support team as soon as possible and we’ll update it. Once dispatched, we can’t reroute the parcel.

7) How do I track my order?

We email tracking details once your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page with your Order ID and billing email.

8) What’s your return policy?

You can return within 30 days of receiving your item if it’s new, unused, in original condition with tags. Custom size and personalized items aren’t returnable.

9) Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to a personal reason (such as change of mind, color, or change to other size), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the size chart listed on our website, we will bear all return shipping costs.

10) Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges within 30 days for cases like defective, damaged, wrong size, or incorrect items. If the replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund. view our Exchanges Policy.

11) How to start a return:

Simply contact our support team via email or phone, and they will guide you through the return process for both domestic and international orders.

12) How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours. Your bank or PayPal may take up to 7-10 business days to display the amount.

13) Can I cancel my order?

All orders go into production after being placed. Once your order has entered production, cancellation is still possible but will include a deduction (details mentioned below).

  • Within 24 hours: no deduction 
  • After 24 hours: 35% deduction
  • After 48 hours: 50% deduction
  • After shipment: Not cancellable

14) What sizes do you offer?

Most jackets run from XXS to 3XL (varies by product). Please check the Size Chart on the product page.

15) Do you offer custom sizing or adjustments?

If you like a product but don’t see your exact size in the size chart, you can contact us via email or phone to have your piece made to your exact measurements. Our team will assist you with sizing and guide you through the customization process.

16) What materials do you use?

Our products specify materials on each page. Many jackets use genuine sheepskin or cowhide leather with a soft polyester lining; see “Product Specifications” on the item you’re viewing.

17) How should I care for my leather jacket?

We recommend professional leather cleaning only. Avoid machine washing, soaking, or using harsh chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

18) Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), processed securely via the PayPal. All prices are charged in GBP.

19) Is checkout secure?

Yes. Transactions use industry-standard SSL encryption, and we do not store full card details.

20) The color looks slightly different from the photos is that normal?

Minor color variations can occur due to lighting and screen settings. Product descriptions reflect the correct specifications. If in doubt, contact support before purchase.

No, we don’t charge any restocking fees. All eligible returns are processed without any extra deductions or hidden charges.
